Our Mission
We believe that the door to salvation is always open and so are the doors to our church. Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity and opening our doors to listen and love, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.

Since Bro. Stan & Tammy Lobin are busy moving into the parsonage this week, we’re using this space to thank those who helped with our patriotic service and welcome lunch this past Sunday and to introduce The Lobins. He will begin writing this column next week.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO THE LOBINS
Bro. Stan has been serving at Williamsburg United Methodist in Collins, MS since 2020. He obtained his theology education at Millsaps and Candler School of Theology at Emory University. His wife, Tammy, has a wonderful singing voice. They have grown children and grandchildren in the Brandon and Pearl area (3 sons & 1 daughter and 10 grandchildren). He loves to cook and has lots of great thoughts to grow Sardis Methodist Church.
ATTIC SALE
Paula Lundgren announced on Sunday that there will be an early attic sale for church members and friends on Friday, July 28, from 9-12.
During the month of August the sale will be open to the public each Friday from 9 to 12.
